We get it. Times are changing. It’s true, advertising agencies these days do a lot more than advertising. But this seems like drivel. Also, I hate it when people refer to what we make as content. “We need to make engaging content.” If we think of it as content how can it be engaging? “Content” just feels like we have boxes to fill. How about using the word message....
